摘要
目的探讨北冬虫夏草提取物抗应激和抗运动性疲劳的生物效应,为开发利用其研究成果、促进人类健康,提供科学有效的营养补给方法。方法实验分对照组和北冬虫夏草提取物实验组,采用器官称重法计量小鼠子宫卵巢重量,抗应激实验采用热金属板耐热时间、冷冻耐寒时间和气管截断耐缺氧法,利用小鼠攀爬实验观察抗疲劳耐力。结果对雌性小鼠子宫卵巢影响,实验低剂量组(253.0±7.5)明显高于对照组(211.0±8.6),P<0.001。对小鼠耐热影响:实验组(38.8±15.37)高于对照组(17.15±5.06)。对耐寒影响:实验组死亡数为8只低于对照组16只。对小鼠心肌耐缺氧影响:低剂量实验组(33.3±5.8)高于对照组(27.1±3.6)。对小鼠抗疲劳影响:实验组(215.30±51.36)明显高于对照组(117.56±20.23),P<0.05。结论北冬虫夏草提取物能提高小鼠抗应激、抗运动性疲劳的能力,是预防应激损伤和促进疲劳恢复的良好补充能源。
Objective To have provided science basis method for taking advantage of Cordyceps militaris. This study is to ap- praise the effects of Cordyceps militaris extract on the Anti - stress and promoting motion fatigue recover in mice. Methods Mice were radomly separated into two groups, including matched group and experimental group of drug administration. Uterus and ovary content were determined by weighing method. Anti - stress and were determined by Anti - hot and Anti - cold time and mouse re- sisting hypoxia time was observed by trachea cut, Anti - Motion Fatigue test were observed by using clamber up experiment. Re- sults Influence on the uterus and ovary to female mouse: low presription test group(253.0 -+ 7.5)is evidently higher than control group(211.0- 8.6), P 〈 0. 001. Anti- hot time:test group (38.8 + 15.37 )highter than control group (17.15 -+ 5.06), Anti - cold time : test group death rate 8 : was low control group 16. mouse resisting hypoxia time : low prescription test group( 33.3 + 5.8 ) is evidently higher than control group(27.1 + 3.6). Anti -motion Fatigue test:test group (215.30 + 51.36)is evidently higher than control group ( 117.56 + 20.23 ), P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The Cordyceps militaris extract has the fungction of taking precau- tions against stress and bioactivity of promoting motion fatigue recover in mouse.
