摘要
目的初步比较白脊藤壶不同条件下提取物的药理作用。方法新鲜藤壶去壳后粉碎,分别采用水提取、70%乙醇提取和酶法提取。利用微量测定法进行抗菌活性分析,以金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、溶藻弧菌、副溶血弧菌、嗜水气单胞菌为供试茵,对抑菌活性进行研究;稀醋酸致小鼠扭体模型,测定各提取物的镇痛作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀动物模型,检测各提取物抗炎作用。结果藤壶酶法提取物抑菌效果强于其他提取物,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最强;水提物和醇提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀有较好的抑制作用;醇提取物对小鼠扭体反应有镇痛作用。结论白脊藤壶提取物具有抑菌、抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective To research the pharmacological effects of different extracts from Balanus albicostatus. Methods The fresh barnacle was collected after peeled, then extracted by water, 70% alcohol and enzymatic method. Antimicrobial activity was de- termined in challenged by miniaturized methods. Six microbial strains including Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherich- ia coli, Aeromonas hydrophial, V. alginolyticus, V. parahaemolyticus, and V.fluvialis were chosen to investigate the antibacterial activity. The anti - inflammatory effect was investigated by xylene - induced mice auricular swelling test. Methods of acetic acid - induced writhing in mice were used to study the analgesic effect. Results Antibacterial activity of enzymatic extracts performed better than the other two. There was highest antibacterial activity for the Gram positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus. Water and alcohol extracts have good effects on mice auricular swelling. Alcohol extract could inhibit acetic acid - induced - wring reaction in mice. Conclusion The Balanus albicostatus extracts have the pharmacological effect of antibiosis, anti - inflammation and an- algesia.
