摘要
目的观察三草尿毒灵颗粒对腺嘌呤致慢性肾衰大鼠治疗作用。方法将大鼠灌胃腺嘌呤导致慢性肾衰大鼠,分别在给药第9天、18天、27天采血,测其血清Crea、BUN等指标。结果三草尿毒灵颗粒能明显降低腺嘌呤导致肾衰大鼠血清Crea、BUN值,此外,显著提高腺嘌呤导致肾衰大鼠血清TP值,增加腺嘌呤导致肾衰大鼠血清Ca2+值和降低肾脏系数。结论三草尿毒灵颗粒对腺嘌呤致大鼠慢性肾衰竭有一定的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the treatment of Adenine - induced Chronic Renal Failure in Rats by Sancaoniaoduling Granule. Methods Rats were fed with adenine to induce chronic renal failure, and the indexes of serum Crea, BUN etc were measured after the rats were respectively treated in Sancaoniaoduling Granule on 9,18, and 27 days. Results Sancaoniaoduling Granule can obvious- ly reduce rats＇serum Crea, BUN value, in addition, improve serum TP value, increase serum Ca2＋ value and reduce kidney coeffi- cient. Conclusion Sancaoniaoduling Granule has certain treatment function on rats of adenine - induced Chronic Renal Failure.
