摘要:目的比较荷叶炮制前后4种黄酮类成分的含量变化。方法HPLC测定5个不同产地荷叶生、炭饮片中槲皮素一3一O一桑布双糖苷、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷和槲皮素含量。结果不同产地荷叶制炭后槲皮素一3~0一桑布双糖苷、金丝桃苷和异槲皮苷含量均显著降低,3种苷类成分总合量降低率在66.61%~77.77%;而槲皮素含量显著升高,增加率在304.84%~857.50%。结论荷叶经高温炒炭及单体成分模拟炮制实验均提示,三种黄酮苷类成分受热分解生成其苷元,为进一步揭示荷叶的炮制机理提供了科学依据。
Objective To compare the content of four flavonoids in Folium Nelumbinis after Processing. Methods The content of Quercetin- 3 -O- sambubioside, hyperin, isoquercitrin and quercetin in Folium Nelumbinis from 5 different origins after pro- cessing was detected by HPLC. Results The content of Quercetin - 3 - O - sambubioside, hyperin and isoquercitrin in FoliumNelumbinis from different origins was significantly lower after processing. The total reduction rate was 66.61% ~ 77.77%. At the same time, the quercetin content was significantly higher. The rate of crease was 304.84% ~ 857.50%. Conclusion The experi- ment suggested that the 3 kinds of Flavonoid Glycosides resolve into their aglycon. This can provide scientific basis for the pro- cessing mechanism for Folium Nelumbinis.
