Study on biological characteristics of Radix Tetrastigmue

摘要：目的研究三叶青形态特征和生长发育特性，为大田规范种植提供指导。方法通过田间系统定点观察和普遍调查相结合的方法，进行三叶青形态特征和生长发育特性的研究。结果与结论三叶青系多年生草质攀援藤本，通过3年观察结果表明，三叶青年生长发育阶段过程具有明显的萌芽、快速生长、缓慢生长、秋季快速生长、休眠等一致的规律，具体归纳为萌芽期每年的3—4月、快速生长期5～7月、高温缓慢生长期8—9月，秋发期10～11月，低温休眠期12月至次年3月等五个时期；花期4～6月，果期8—10月，浆果球形，熟时红色，极少。

Objective To study morphological and growth and development character of Radix Tetrastigmue, guide for the field specification planting. Methods Systemic fixed point observation and investigation on the morphological and growth and develop- ment character. Results and conclusion Radix Tetrastigmue is perennial herbaceous climbing Fujimoto plant. After the observa- tion during three years, the process of growth and development of Radix Tetrastigmue present the rule that it sprouted obviously, grew fast in fall, then went into dormancy. It sprouted from March to April, grew fast from May to July, grew slowly in megather- mal period from August to September, grew in fall from October to November, went into dormancy from December to March the next year. Its flowering time was from April to June, fruiting time was from August to October. The red globular fruit is classified to berry and has small quantity.
