摘要
以蒌蒿叶为材料,采用微波辅助提取总黄酮。在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面法,对蒌蒿叶总黄酮的微波辅助提取工艺进行了优化,并对其抗氧化活性进行了研究。结果表明:微波辅助提取蒌蒿叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为料液比1︰130(g/mL),乙醇体积分数80%,微波功率440 W,处理时间6 min,在此条件下蒌蒿叶总黄酮得率为5.52%。蒌蒿叶黄酮提取液对DPPH自由基的平均抑制率为86.20%,表现出很强的抗氧化活性,因此,具有较好的综合开发利用前景。
Abstract The optimization of microwave-assisted extraction of the total flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis was studied. On the basis of design and analysis of single-factor experiments, the technological conditions of microwave-assisted extraction for total flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis were optimized by response surface methodology, moreover, in vitro antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis was also studied by DPPH. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis were solid/liquid ratio of 1 : 130 (g/mL), ethanol concentration of 80%, microwave power of 440 W and microwave time of 6 rain; futhermore, the exlraction rate of total flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis was 5.52% under the optimal conditions; in addition, the average inhibition rate for DPPH on total flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis was 86.20%, which revealed stronger antioxidant activity on DPPH, and it will make a good prospect of the comprehensive exploitation and application of Artemisia selengensis.
