食品中乳酸菌快速检测方法的比较研究

The Comparing Study of Rapid Detection Methods of Lactobacillusin Foods

试验旨在比较研究3M测试片法、Tempo检测法与国家标准方法GB 4789.35—2010的检测效果,并评价3M测试片法检测乳酸菌的检测性能。将3M测试片法、Tempo检测法与国家标准方法GB 4789.35—2010分别进行模拟样品及自然样品的检测试验,比较分析检测结果。对3M测试片法进行评价试验,并通过6家实验室的协同试验,分析3M测试片法的检测性能。结果表明,与国家标准方法GB 4789.35—2010相比,Tempo检测法快速但检测结果存在一定误差,3M测试片法检测结果与国家标准方法GB 4789.35—2010基本一致,表现出3M测试片法具有良好的检测性能。

Compare the detection effects among 3M PetrifilmTM detection method, Tempo detection method and the national standard method GB 4789.35-2010, and evaluate the detection performance of 3M PetrifilmTM detection method. 3M PetrifilmTM detection method used, Tempo detection method and the national standard method GB 4789.35-2010 to carry out the detection experiments of the natural sample and the simulated samplerespectively, the results were compared and analyzed. Through the collaborative experiments by six laboratories, evaluate the detection performance of 3M PetrifilmTM detection method. The results showed that compared with the national standard method GB 4789.35--2010, Tempo detection method is fast but the results have some errors. The results of 3M PetrifilmTM detection method and the national standard method GB 4789.35-2010 are consistency. The test indicated 3M PetrifilmTM detection method has good detection performance.
