柴达木枸杞研究开发现状及产业前景分析 被引量:16

摘要 柴达木枸杞品质优良,粒大饱满且氨基酸、多糖等营养成分含量高,产业化前景十分乐观。柴达木盆地独特的气候条件和洁净的生态环境适于有机枸杞和高端品质枸杞产业的发展,但同时也存在许多亟待解决的问题。主要通过介绍柴达木枸杞的成分、栽培繁殖技术研究及开发现状,分析了柴达木枸杞产业化前景及产业化发展存在的问题,并提出应对措施,以期为柴达木枸杞产业化发展研究提供参考。 Lycium barbarum L. from Qaidam Basin has good quality, due to its large and plump grain and high content of amino acids, polysaccharides and so on. Many people remain optimistic about the prospects of Lycium barbarum L. fi'om Qa- idam Basin. The unique climate and clean environment in Qaidam Basin are suitable for the development of organic woltberry and high quality woltberry, but there are still lots of urgent problems needed to be solved. In order to provide reference for the study on the development of the Qaidam woltberry industry, the basic information about Lycium barbarum L. from Qaidam Basin was introduced, such as study of chemical constituents, cultivation technology, development status and so on, existing problems and prospects of Qaidam wolfberry industry were analyzed, and some countermeasures were lout forward.
