摘要
结合国内外多篇已发表的与HACCP体系相关的文献,概述了国外HACCP体系应用的发展,并结合我国食品行业具体情况,列出影响体系实施的主要因素,评估各自的影响程度,对促进我国食品行业中HACCP体系的推广和应用具有一定的指导意义,也为进一步促进HACCP体系在我国食品安全中发挥重要作用奠定了良好的基础。
Combined several literature published at home and abroad which related to HACCP system to explore the factors influencing implementation of the HACCP system in the foreign food industries and evaluated respective impact. Comments and suggestions have been given to improve HACCP system in China.
