摘要 MicroRNA-218-1-3p(miR-218-1-3p)是新发现的MicroRNAs的重要成员,其在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达还没有明确的报道。本研究使用实时定量聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)方法检测其在42例NSCLC组织和相应癌旁组织中的表达情况。结果表明miR-218-1-3p在NSCLC中低表达,并与淋巴结转移负相关。
