光子治疗对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者生存质量和治疗满意度的影响

Effect of the photon therapeutic on quality of life and treatment satisfaction in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨光子治疗仪对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者生存质量和治疗满意度的影响。方法:20例糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者,在常规营养神经、改善微循环治疗和护理的基础上,应用Carnation-11光子治疗仪对患者一侧足部进行辅助治疗,与另一侧足部进行自身对照观察,比较两侧足部的临床疗效;同时比较光子治疗前后患者生存质量和治疗满意度的变化。结果照射足部10天后神经病变评分明显降低,30天后再次随访仍维持在10天水平。照射足部10天后神经缺陷评分中踝反射和温度觉改善明显,临床治疗效果明显优于对照足部,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);光子治疗后患者的生存质量和治疗满意度也较治疗前提高显著,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:糖尿病周围神经病变常规治疗和护理结合光子治疗仪辅助照射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著,提高了临床疗效,改善了患者的生存质量,提高了患者的治疗满意度。

Objective：To uncover the effect of photon therapeutic apparatus on quality of life and treatment satisfaction in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： While giving conventional nerve nourishing, improving microcirculation treat-ment and nursing to 20 diabetes mellitus patients with peripheral neuropathy, apply adjuvant therapy with Carnation-11 photon thera-peutic apparatus to one lower limb of all patients and compare the curative effects between the treated one and the other one. Mean-while, compare the changes on quality of life and treatment satisfaction before and after the appliance of photon therapeutic appara-tus. Result：The peripheral neuropathy score of treated limb obviously dropped, the ankle reflex and the thumb vibration sense im-proved greatly after ten days of treatment, and remained follow-up 30 days. It means the clinical therapeutic effect of the treated limb was significantly superior to the comparison. The difference of the curative effects is statistically significant （p〈0.05）. The quality of life and treatment satisfaction after treated with photon therapy was significantly superior. Conclusion：Conventional therapy accom-panied by adjuvant treatment of photon therapy will improve curative effect, the quality of life and treatment satisfaction of patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
