人肺腺癌中RhoA的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测人肺腺癌组织及其对应的癌旁肺组织中RhoA的表达,研究RhoA与肺腺癌发生和侵袭转移的关系,探讨其在肺腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法选取有完整临床资料的30例肺腺癌组织和30例对应的癌旁肺组织,应用实时PCR方法检测2组中RhoA mRNA的表达情况。结果实时PCR结果显示:在30例肺腺癌组织中26例(86.7%)RhoA mRNA表达水平明显高于对应的癌旁肺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RhoA mRNA表达与病理分期、淋巴结转移有关。结论 RhoA mRNA表达可能与肺腺癌的发生有关,参与了肺腺癌的浸润转移及淋巴转移,有望作为肺腺癌预后和转移指标。 Objective To determine different expression of RhoA mRNA in human lung adenocarcinoma tissues, investigate the correlation of RhoA with the occurrence, invasion, and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma, and discuss its role in occurrence and development of lung adenocarci- noma. Methods RhoA mRNA expression in 30 cases of lung adenocarcinoma tissues and their corresponding normal tissues were analyzed, using quantitative real-time PCR. Results Our results showed that among 30 lung adenocarcinoma tissues, 26 (86.7%) exhibited higher levels of RhoA mRNA compared with their corresponding normal tissues, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). RhoA mRNA expression was associated with clinical pathological stage, and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion RhoA mRNA expression may be correlated to the occurrence of lung adenocareinoma. It was involved in the invasion and lymph node metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma, which may be expected as an indicator for metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma and an predictor of prognosis.
