住房政策改革下单位社区分层现象探析——以L市X区为例

On Danwei Community Stratification in the Industrial Zone of City L

本文以单位住房政策变迁为线索,聚焦单位社区较为集中的L市某一工业区在市场化改革以来,其单位社区变迁所呈现的社区分层现象。从国家、企业及市场的权利关系分析产生该现象的原因,指出在计划经济下未分层的单位社区在新形势下以强弱两种形式继续延续,出现了单位社区分层的新现象,而这一现象的出现为新形势下城市社区建设提出了新挑战和新问题。

This article offers an account of Danwei community stratification and an analysis of the deep causes according to the relationship between government, enterprises and market by focusing on one industrial zone in city L where Danwei communities are universal based on housing policy changes. The author pointed out that the original Danwei communi- ties without any stratification in the planned economy present both strong and weak forms with their past conventions, accompanying the rise of Danwei community stratification, which put forward new challenges and problems for present urban community construction.
