引燃油量对柴油/甲醇双燃料发动机碳烟排放的影响

摘要 在柴油引燃甲醇双燃料发动机上,通过模拟探讨了引燃柴油量对柴油/甲醇双燃料发动机碳烟排放的影响。模拟结果表明:保持甲醇浓度不变,当引燃油量从每循环0.020 7g开始逐渐减小时,碳烟排放随之减少;当引燃油量减至每循环0.008 4g时,碳烟排放几乎不再减少。引燃油量小于每循环0.008 4g时,发动机缸内高浓度碳烟分布区域较大;引燃油量大于每循环0.008 4g时,高浓度碳烟生成区域相对集中。引燃油量减小的过程中,碳烟排放峰值出现的时间略有提前。 Effect of pilot injection quantity on soot emission of diesel-methanol dual fuel Engine was studied in a homogeneous methanol charge engine with diesel pilot. Simulation results indicate that soot emission decreases with pilot diesel quantity decreasing from 0. 020 7 g/cycle to 0. 008 4 g/cycle,at the pilot injection quantity 0. 008 4 g/cycle, the soot emission does not almost reduce. As the pilot injection quantity lowers below 0. 0084g/cycle,in-cylinder high density soot region is greater,and as the pilot injection quantity exceeds 0. 0084 g/cycle, it relatively concentrates. In pilot injection quantity reduction process, with it decreasing the soot peak value present timing advances slightly.
