摘要
提出一种柴油机燃烧状态特征极坐标增强方法,利用连续小波变换对缸盖振动信号进行处理,然后根据柴油机燃烧过程与配气相位的关系对数据进行等角度重采样,再将信号特征由直角坐标系向极坐标系映射并进行同步增强。运用此方法对几种柴油机燃烧状态进行监测分析,结果表明此方法能有效地提取燃烧特征及进行状态监测。
A non-stationary cycle feature enhancement method of engine combustion state was put forward basedon continuous wavelet-coordinate transformation. Processed by using continuous wavelet transform, the cylinder head vibration signal data were re-sampled in equal angle interval according to the relationship between engine combustion process and valve timing. Then the signal feature was mapped to to monitor combustion conditions in several diesel engines. Results show that it can be used to extract the combustion state features and monitor engine combustion state successfully.
