摘要
基于MPC5644A单片机开发了新一代的柴油机燃烧状态分析单元:使用曲轴转速信号得到0.2°CA的缸压采集触发信号,实时采集各缸缸内压力信号,并合理分配计算负荷,计算出控制所需的燃烧状态指标。在中型高压共轨柴油机上的试验表明:该基于MPC5644A的柴油机燃烧状态分析单元,能够实时采集缸压信息并计算出瞬时燃烧放热率、累积燃烧放热率、指示平均有效压力和50%放热点等燃烧状态指标,满足基于缸压信息的柴油机控制的要求。
Based on MPC5644A microcontroller, a new in-cylinder combustion analysis unit was developed. The unit took cylinder pressure signal once every and calculate combustion indexes according to the pressure and its position information cycle by cycle. Verification test in a 4.75 L common rail diesel engine demonstrates that the unit successfully acquires the real-time information and provides the combustion indexes,such as instantaneous and integrated heat release rate, IMEP, CAS0, etc., satisfying the control requirements of diesel engine.
