医学生医学统计学学业成就影响因素的结构方程模型分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的应用结构方程模型(SEM)对医学生医学统计学学业成就的影响因素进行分析,帮助教师更好的了解学生医学统计学学习现况,从而采取更合理的教育教学方法。方法采用由Amabile等编制的学习动机量表、Schwarzer等编制的自我效能量表及自编医学统计学认知问卷结合而成的调查问卷,分层整群随机抽取天津医科大学320名本科生进行问卷调查,并应用lisrel8.7对数据进行SEM分析。结果学生对医学统计学的认知和需求直接影响学业成就的高低,效应为-0.34和0.32,自我效能感和认知通过影响学习动机而对学业成就产生间接影响,效应为0.13和0.03,内生动机和外生动机均对学业成就产生直接影响,效应为0.14和0.11。结论影响学业成就的主要因素是学业需求和对医学统计学的认知,此外学习动机也对学业成绩产生一定程度的影响。 Objective Analyzing the correlates of academic achievement of medical statistics in medical students by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to assist teachers in understanding current situation of medical statistics in students better, in order to adopt a more rational teaching methods. Methods 320 undergraduates in Tianjin Medical University were collected stratified randomly, apply the Amabile's learning motivation scale,Schwarzer's self-efficacy scale and the medical statistics cog- nition questionnaire obtained by ourselves to carry out an investigation. A structural equation model was built using LISREL 8.70. Results Students' cognition and requirements of medical statistics had direct impact on the level of academic achievement with the direct path coefficient -0. 34 and 0. 32 respectively. In addition, self-efficacy and cognition had an indirect influence through the learning motivation with the indirect effectiveness 0. 13 and 0. 03. And the effect coefficient of the intrinsic motiva- tion and the extrinsic motivation was 0. 14 and 0. 11. Conclusion The main factors affecting academic achievement is students' requirement and cognition of medical statistics, moreover, learning motivation also influence the academic achievement to some extent.
