摘要
以晶体管设计为例,将遗传算法应用在半导体器件设计领域从而替代传统的设计方法,即给出输入电学设计要求,便能在计算机模拟运算后输出满足要求的多组参数,从而为实现半导体器件的计算机辅助设计迈出一大步。
This paper takes transistor design as the example, apply genetic algorithm to the semiconductor design in order to replace the traditional design method. That is, structure parameters will be gotten as soon as electrical requirements are input. This is considered as a big step for CAD on designing of semiconductor.
