正交试验优选小豆蔻挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合工艺 被引量:5

Extraction Technology of Volatile Oil from Eletteria cardamomum and Inclusion Technology of β-Cyclodextrin

摘要 目的:优选小豆蔻挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合工艺。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行提取,以粉碎粒度、加水量、蒸馏时间为考察因素,以挥发油质量分数为评价指标;包合工艺以β-环糊精与挥发油配比(g∶ml)、包合温度、包合时间为考察因素,以包合物收得率、挥发油包合率为评价指标,均采用正交试验优选工艺。结果:优选的提取工艺为小豆蔻饮片直接加10倍量水,提取6 h;包合工艺为挥发油∶β-环糊精=1∶6(ml∶g),包合温度为60℃,包合时间为2 h。结论:所选工艺合理、可行,可用于提取小豆蔻中挥发油以及挥发油与β-环糊精的包合。 OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of volatile oil from Eletteria cardamomum and the inclusion technology of ℃-cyclodextrin. METHODS: With mass fraction of volatile oil as index, grinding granularity, amount of water, distillation time as factors, volatile oil was extracted from E. cardamomum by steam distillation. Using the yield of inclusion compounds and inclusion rate of volatile oil as index, with the ratio of ℃-cyclodextrin to volatile oil, inclusion temperature and inclusion time as factors, the inclusion technology was optimized by orthogonal test. RESULTS: The optimized extraction conditions were:E, car- damomum decoction pieces, adding 10-fold water, extracting for 6 h. The optimized inclusion conditions were: the proportion of volatile oil to ℃-cyclodextrin was 1 : 6 (ml : g) ; inclusion temperature was 60℃ ; inclusion time was 2 h. CONCLUSIONS : The technology is reasonable and feasible, and can be used for the extraction of volatile oil from E. cardamomum and the inclusion of β-cyclodextrin.
