摘要
我国产钢近50%铸成大钢锭后加工成材,就当前的经济实力而言,短期内不可能取消初轧工序。因此,充分发挥现有模铸系统作用,对其进行技术改造,形成有中国特色的钢铁工业后步工序,使之在经济效益上可与连铸系统相媲美。近年来初轧均热炉技术进步的成绩显著,其主要经验是:1.改造设备;2.改进操作;3.科学管理;4.抓系统节能;5.抓基础理论。
Nearly 50% of the steel production in China is moulded to be big ingots and then processed into steel products. Based on our present economical level, blooming procedure cannot be cancelled in a short time. The existing mould casting system should be done technical reform so as to take an important role in steel processing with Chinese characteristics and rival the continuous casting system in economy. Recently blooming soaking pit furnace has got great progress in technology. The main experiences are renewal of equipment, improvement of operation and scientific management, improvement of energy saving system and enhancement of basic theory.
