摘要
本文介绍了我国自行设计和制造的大型精炼设备——LF(HB-40型)钢包精炼炉的运行简况。经过七年的工业运行,已累计精炼64万t钢。精炼钢种包括含氧量低于13PPm的优质轴承钢,各种中低碳合金钢和超低碳不锈钢等44种。而且也积累了一定的炉外精炼操作经验。
The article describes the operation of big refining installation-LF ladle refining furnace (type HB-40) which was designed and made inChina.Having operated for seven years.it has produced 640,000 tons of 44 kinds of refining steel including high quality bearing steel with oxygen content less than 13ppm,all sorts of medium and low carbon alloy steel as well as super-low carbon stainless steel.Some refining experiences have been got.
