摘要 针对芦葫堤煤矿主通风机两台10 kV/380 V专用变压器在使用过程中出现了高温导致变压器损坏、主通风机停机的故障,采用数据通信技术和组态软件,设计了矿井主通风机专用变压器的监控系统。该系统经现场应用表明,能实时监控变压器运行状态,对报警能作出分级响应与控制,避免了故障升级,从而保证了煤矿主通风机的安全稳定运行。 On account of the faults of transformer damage and main ventilator running failure that caused by high temperature of two special 10 kV/380 V transformers at Luhudi mine. Designs the monitoring system for special transformer of mine main ventilator by collecting data communication technology and configuration software. The application shows that this system can real-time monitor the operation condition of transformer and also can make different grade response and control for alarming to avoid failure upgrade, so as the safe and stable operation of the coal mine main ventilator is ensured.
