摘要
针对煤矿轴流通风机叶片断裂的情况,运用高倍扫描电镜的试验观察方法,进行了叶片断口分析。建立了通风机叶轮叶片的三维模型,采用有限元仿真的方法完成了叶轮的模态分析及应力分析,提取了不同振型下的振动频率。该分析方法为叶片的强度优化设计提供了依据,对振动噪声控制具有重要参考意义。
On account of the blade fracture of axial flow fan in coal mine, analyzes the breach of the blade through high magnification electron microscopy. Builds up the 3D model of fan blade and completes the model analysis and stress analysis of blade by finite element analysis. Obtains the different vibration frequency of various vibration peculiarity. This method provides references for strength optimization of blade and has the significant reference for vibration noise control.
