摘要
分析了煤矿井下带式输送机运行和控制系统的现状,提出了一种节能降耗控制系统的改造方案。该系统利用了原有的控制系统,增加了矿用隔爆兼本质安全型变频器和隔爆型料流传感器等节能降耗的设备,使带式输送系统的运行方式有明显变化,节省了运行中的电能消耗和机械损耗,实现了节能降耗的目的。该系统经在多个现场应用表明,运行效果良好,提高了带式输送机的运行效率和降低了吨煤成本。
Analyzes the current operation and control system of belt conveyors at underground mine, proposes the renovation scheme of energy saving for belt conveyor' s control system. The system uses the original belt conveyor control system, increases the intrinsically safe type converter and ~me-proof material flow sensors and other energy-saving equipment, so that the belt conveyor running mode changes prominently. The electrical energy consumption and mechanical consumption are both reduced, which achieves the energy saving aim. The on site practical application shows that, this system runs good effect, really improves the belt conveyor running efficiency and reduces the cost of each ton of coal.
