用换热器回收工业炉窑的烟气余热,既可节约燃耗,又可提高炉窑产量。综合传热系数和系统内气体流动阻力损失是评价换热器性能的重要指标。文中较详细地讨论了提高换热器综合传热系数的各种措施,还讨论了完善现有换热器和开发新型换热器等问题。
Using heat exchanger to reclaim the afterheat of the industrial kiln fume can not only save fuel consumption but also improve the productivity of kilns. Complex heat transfer coefficient and resistance loss of the moving gas inside system are important parameters to evaluate the characteristics of heat exchanger. All measures to improve the complex heat transfer coefficient are discussed in detail together with the improvement of the existing heat exchanger and development of new types.
