摘要
介绍了钛酸锌的物相结构、主要用途及制备方法。钛酸锌主要有正钛酸锌、偏钛酸锌和亚钛酸锌3种物相。目前,常用的钛酸锌陶瓷的制备方法有熔盐法、溶胶-凝胶法、共沉淀法、水热法等。分析了各种制备方法的优势和不足,指出了改进钛酸锌陶瓷性能的方法。
The phase structure, purposes and preparation methods of zinc titanate are introduced. Zinc titanate has three phase structures which are Zn2TiO4, zinc titanate are molten salt method, sol-gel method disadvantages of the preparation methods are discussed, ZnTiOa and Zn2 Ti3O8. Preparation methods of , coprecipiation method. The advantages and and the method for improving the performance of zinc titanate ceramics is pointed out.
