摘要 研究了以大孔聚苯乙烯树脂为载体合成t-BAMBP萃淋树脂,考察了t-BAMBP萃淋树脂对铯的吸附性能。根据致孔剂正庚烷、交联剂二乙烯苯用量对大孔聚苯乙烯树脂载体孔径、孔容积和比表面积的影响,确定载体最佳合成条件为:正庚烷50g,二乙烯苯30g,苯乙烯20g,在80℃、搅拌速度120~150r/rain条件下悬浮聚合10h。以二氯乙烷为稀释剂、t-BAMBP为萃取剂,对该载体进行浸渍合成负载量为50%的萃淋树脂。通过静态和动态吸附试验,考察了溶液pH、吸附时间、原液Cs+质量浓度、循环使用次数等因素对该萃淋树脂吸附铯的影响。试验结果表明:在溶液pH为13、溶液中Cs+质量浓度为80~500mg/L条件下吸附4h,t-BAMBP萃淋树脂对铯的饱和容量为13.7mg/g(干);负载树脂解吸性能良好,以0.5mol/LHCl溶液为淋洗剂,铯解吸率达86%;该萃淋树脂重复使用10次,吸附性能依然良好。 The synthesis of t-BAMBP impregnated resin using microporous polystyrene as carrier was studied,and the absorption performance for cesium in brine was examined. Based on the effects of pore-forming agent n-heptane and crosslink agent divinyl-benzene on pore diameter, pore volume and specific surface area of the resin carrier, the best synthesis conditions of the resin carrier were determined which are n-heptane of 50 g,divinyl-benzene of 30 g,styrene of 20 g,mixing speed of 120-- 150 r/min, temperature of 80 ~C and mixing time of 10 h. The resin is impregnated to t-BAMBP levextrel resin with loading capacity of 50% using dichloroethylene as diluent and t-BAMBP as extractant. By static and dynamic adsorption experiments,the effects of solution pH, adsorption time, Cs+ concentration,cycles of t-BABMP levextrel resin on adsorption cesium in brine were examined. The results show that at the conditions of pH of 13,adsorption time of 4 h and Cs+ concentration of 80--500 mg/L,equilibration capacity of the levextrel resin is 13.7 mg/g(dry). The loading levextrel resin can be desorbed easily using 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid with desorption of 86 %. The levextrel resin can recycling at laste 10 times.
