摘要
用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件对烟气脱硫过程中浆液箱内固-液两相流的流场进行数值模拟。分析了不同桨型对流场分布的影响和功率消耗,考察了挡板对固液悬浮的影响。模拟结果表明:从流场分布和功率消耗来看,三斜叶开启涡轮桨的搅拌效果较好;全挡板条件下,搅拌槽内固体体积分数分布均匀。本研究结果可为搅拌浆液箱的工程应用提供参考依据。
Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method was used to simulate the flow field of solid- liquid two-phase in stirring slurry tank in the process of flue gas desulfurization. The influence of impeller types on flow field distribution and power consumption were analyzed,and the influence of baffles on solid and liquid suspension was examined. The simulation results show that on flow field distribution and power consumption, the effect of three-blade opening turbine impeller is better, and the solid concentration distribution is uniformly at the condition of fully baffle in stirring tank. The results can be referenced in engineering application of stirring slurry tanks.
