摘要
目的探讨乌榄叶对大鼠离体心脏作用的最佳活性提取部位。方法建立Langendorff离体心脏灌流模型,采用加入羧甲基纤维素钠制备非水提取物乳剂的方法,通过动脉套管分别给予乌榄叶水提取物、乌榄叶乙醇提取物、乌榄叶正丁醇提取物及乌榄叶石油醚提取物,记录给药后10min内的心率、冠脉流量及心肌收缩力,以确定乌榄叶对心脏影响的最佳活性提取部位。结果乌榄叶水提取物能够降低离体心脏的心率、增加冠脉流量及减弱心肌收缩力,而其他提取物均无此作用。结论乌榄叶水提取物是乌榄叶对心脏影响的最佳活性提取部位。
Objective To study the best pharmacological activity part of the leaves of Canarium pimela Leenh on isolat- ed heart of rat. Methods Established Langendorff isolated heart perfusion model, added sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and made non-aqueous extract emulsions. Gave the liquid extract, ethanol extract, n-butane extract and petroleum ether extract of Canarium pimela Leenh by the arterial sheath. Recorded the heart rate, coronary flow and myocardial contractile force after lOmin administration,to confirm the most effective pharmacological extract of the leaves of Canarium pimela Leenh for the heart. Results The liquid extract of the leaves of Canarium pimela Leenh reduced the rate of the isolated heart, increased coronary blood flow and weakened myocardial contractile force, but others hadn't these functions. Conchltsiorl The liquid extract of the leaves of Canarium pimela Leenb is the most effective pharmacological extract for the isolated heart.
