肝纤维化相关信号通路研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 肝纤维化是继发于病毒性肝炎、脂肪肝、酒精肝、自身免疫性疾病等病因后出现的肝组织自身病理性修复,是发展成为肝硬化的必经之路。病理学结果显示肝纤维化的肝脏组织中,细胞外基质(ECM)大量沉积。在正常肝组织内,合成细胞外基质最主要的细胞为肝星状细胞。当肝脏受到损伤时,肝星状细胞可被激活成为肌成纤维细胞,一方面导致细胞外基质大量分泌;另一方面,其降解机制受到影响,导致过量产生的细胞外基质难以降解。最终发展成为肝纤维化。研究表明,多条信号通路共同参与了肝星状细胞的激活。针对与肝纤维化相关的信号通路进行预防,对于阻止肝纤维化的进程,进而防治肝硬化有着至关重要的意义,现就参与肝纤维化的相关通路加以阐述。
