摘要
当修改配置产品的某个模块后,如何快速查找可能需要修改的模块是产品配置研究中的一个热点问题.为此提出一种复杂产品开发网络中变型设计节点方案评价方法.首先使用评价指标,即节点集介数、信息度和网络聚类系数综合描述变型设计节点集的网络特性;然后结合变型设计的时间与资源约束条件,使用离散粒子群算法优化变型设计节点配置,使得变型设计节点方案能满足控制变型设计传播需求.最后通过某型号真空吸尘器的产品变型设计,验证了文中方法的有效性.对于大规模定制模式下的复杂产品开发网络中,有针对性地选取变型设计节点具有重要意义.
After a module of a configured product is modified, how to search the potential modules to be modified caused by the first modification is one of the hot issues in product configuration research. Therefore, an evaluation method for variant design node schemes is proposed in complex product development network. Firstly, the evaluation indexes including the betweenness, the information degree and the network clustering coefficient are integrated to describe the network characteristics of the set of variant design nodes. Then, combining the time and resource constraints for the variant design, a discrete particle swarm algorithm is employed to optimize the configuration of variant design nodes, and to make the configuration solution for variant design nodes satisfy the requirement of controlling variant design propagation. Lastly, an example of variant design for a type of vacuum cleaner product verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method, which is meaningful to rationally choosing the variant design nodes in complex product development network.
