国产300MW汽轮机通流部分改造及其效益分析

摘要 本文介绍了N300-16.5/535/535型汽轮机组通流改造前的设备现状及存在的主要问题,并提出了改造技术方案、原则及内容。改造后的热力性能试验表明:能耗指标达到国内300 MW机组先进水平,修正后的热耗率由8800.8 kJ·kW-1·h-1降低至8050.3 kJ·kW-1·h-1,汽轮机效率显著提高,最大连续出力为337.205MW,高于设计出力334.363MW,机组发电煤耗降低27.79g·kW-1·h-1,每年可节约标煤约5.75万吨,安全性能和热效率明显提高。 This paper introduced the existing problems of the N300-16.5/535/535 steam turbine unit and put forward the corresponding technical proposals. After the retrofit of the steam turbine, the thermal test showed that energy consumption index has reached advanced level among all the domestic 300MW units. The corrected heat consumption value of the turbine dropped from 8800.8 kJ·kW-1·h-1 to 8050.3 kJ·kW-1·h-1 with efficiency improved significantly. The maximum continuous power reached 337.205MW, which overtoped the designing value 334.363MW. The coal consumption rate for power generation decreased by 27.79 g·kW-1, and 5.75 thousand tons of standard coal can be saved per annum. As a result, it was proved to bring high thermal efficiency and better security.
