重庆市渝中区养老院老年人营养状况与影响因素调查研究

Investigating the nutritional state of elderly people at nursing home in the Yuzhong district of Chongqing and the influence factors of leading to malnutrition

通过调查了解重庆市渝中区养老院老年人营养状况,及导致其营养不良的影响因素,为进一步改善老年人的营养状况提供依据。方法采用简易营养评价精法(MNA-SF)量表,对重庆市渝中区2所养老院118名老年人进行营养状况调查。调查结果显示老年人营养不良发生率为33.9%,不同类别老年人中,具有疾病者营养不良发生率为41.6%,无疾病者营养不良发生率为19.5%,前者营养不良发生率显著高于后者(P<0.05)。可见目前重庆市渝中区养老院老年人的营养状况不够理想,养老院应加强对老年人营养状况的管理,提高老年人营养知识水平,进一步改善养老院老年人的营养状况。

Objective Investigating the nutritional status of elderly people at nursing home in the Yuzhong district of Chongqing and the influence factors of leading to malnutrition. Provide the basis for further improvement of the nutritional status of the old people. Methods MNA-SF was used to assess the nutritional status of 118 old people come from 2 nursing homes in the area. Results According to the survey , Incidence of malnutrition in the elderly was 33.9%. In different categories in elderly , suffering from disease incidence of malnutrition was 41.6%, do not suffering from disease incidence of malnutrition was 19.5%. The latter malnutrition rates significantly lower than the former （p〈0.05） . Conclusion The nutritional status of elderly at nursing home in the Yuzhong district of Chongqing is not very ideal . Nursing home should strengthen the management of the elderly nutrition and raise the level of the nutrition knowledge of elderly . That we can further improve the nutritional status of the elderly at nursing home .
