摘要 背景脓毒症常并发急性肺损伤,甚至导致急性呼吸窘迫综合征。脓毒症相关肺损伤的机制被认为主要与线粒体氧化损伤及功能失调有关。目的探讨脓毒症肺组织线粒体损伤的相关研究进展。内容阐述脓毒症肺组织线粒体损伤的相关因子和可能机制,有关检测指标及治疗的研究现状。趋向线粒体靶向性抗氧化治疗成为治疗线粒体氧化损伤的热点,其在脓毒症中的治疗具有十分广阔的前景。 Background Sepsis is usually complicated with acute lung injury and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome further. It is suggested that the mechanism of septic lung injury is associated with mitochondrial oxidative stress and dysfunction. Objective To explore the latest development of mitoehondrial dysfunction in septic lung injury. Content This article reviews the related factors and the mechanism of mitochondrial impairment, some indicators and the treatment of septic lung injury update. Trend Targeting antioxidants to mitoehondria has been the hot spot in focus, which will be prospective in the treatment of sepsis and the protection of lung.
