摘要 Th22细胞是新发现的一类CD4+T辅助细胞亚群,以分泌白细胞介素(IL)-22,而不分泌IL-17和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)为特点.已有研究显示,Th22细胞参与自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病等的免疫过程.最近研究证实,Th22细胞及其细胞因子在多种肿瘤组织中分布和表达,但在肿瘤发生发展过程中是起抑制作用还是促进作用目前结论不一.关于Th22在肿瘤中的表达和作用机制的研究可以为肿瘤的特异性靶向治疗提供理论依据. Th22 cells,a new subset of CD4 + T-helper cells,and is characterized by secreting interleukin (IL)-22 but not IL-17 or interferon (IFN)-γ.Research shows that Th22 cells participate in the immunologic processes of autoimmune diseases and infectious diseases.Recent studies confirm that Th22 cells and related cytokines distribute and express in a verity of tumor tissues,but the conclusions of their repressive or stimulative functions in tumorigenesis are different.The studies on Th22 cell expression in tumors and its underlying mechanism can provide a theoretical basis for specific targeted tumor therapy.
