摘要
随着我国基础教育课程改革的不断推进,教师对新一轮课程改革的适应性成为影响教育改革推进的重要因素之一。文章通过问卷、访谈等调查了解了西藏英语教师对中学英语新课程的适应现状及其在适应新课程中存在的问题,并就如何提高中学英语教师新课程的适应性提出了对策。
With the progress of New Course Reform of basic education in China, the teachers' adaptability has be come one of the important factors exercising influences on promoting education reform.
