股前外侧皮瓣移植修复背部复杂组织烧伤缺损的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of femoral anterolateral flap transplantation in the renovation of complex back tissue burns defect

目的 探讨和观察股前外侧皮瓣在背部组织烧伤缺损的临床修复中的疗效.方法 回顾性研究2006年1月～2012年12月浙江省东阳市人民医院完成的27例股前外侧皮瓣移植,分析术后愈合情况及血管危象、感染等并发症情况.结果 27例患者中24例在Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期愈合,且效果较好.1例股前外侧皮瓣因动脉栓塞而失败,1例出现静脉栓塞,经抢救后好转成功,2例出现感染,其它无并发症出现,其余23例术中、术后均未出现血管危象等现象,成功率为96.3％,随访恢复效果均较好.结论 背部的复杂组织烧伤缺损患者,股前外侧皮瓣移植修复是进行修复的理想选择,只要严格掌握手术适应证,就可获得预期的良好效果.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of femoral anterolateral flap transplantation in the renovation of complex back tissue burns defect.Methods 27 patients completed the anterolateral thigh flap surgery from January 2006 to December 2012 in People＇s Hospital of Dongyang City were studied retrospectively.The healing condition,as cular crisis or other complications were analyzed.Results In 27 cases,24 cases were healed up in stage [and stage Ⅱ and the effect was good.1 case of thigh flap failed due to arterial embolism,1 case with venous thrombosis was rescued successfully,2 cases with infection were found,and no vascular crisis or other complications was found in 23 cases during and after operation.The success rate was 96.3％.The effect of recovery was good according to the followingup visit.Conclusion For the patients with complex tissue burns defect on the back,the femoral anterolateral flap transplantation is the ideal choice to repair the wound,and can obtain good effect if controlling operation indication restrictedly.
