静脉留置针护理记录单在静脉留置针患者中的应用

Application of venous indwelling needle nursing records in patients with venous indwelling needle

目的探讨脉冲式冲管加正压封管联合静脉留置针护理记录单应用对静脉留置针并发症发生率和留置针在血管内留置时间的影响。方法将住院患者2763例分为两组,对照组1298例采用脉冲式冲管加正压封管护理,实验组1465例采用脉冲式冲管加正压封管联合静脉留置针护理记录单应用护理。比较两种方法对静脉留置针并发症发生率和留置针在血管内留置时间的影响。结果两组留置针并发症发生率和7 d内成功留置率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),实验组优于对照组。结论应用脉冲式冲管加正压封管方法可减少静脉炎发生,与记录单联合应用能明显减少静脉炎、管道脱落、堵塞等并发症,延长留置针在血管内留置时间,使用方便,效果确切。

Objective To discuss the effect of pulsed washing and impulse type of positive pressure seal tube combined with application of nursing record used in venous indwelling needle on the incidence of complications and indwelling time.Methods 2763 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into control group （n =1298） and experiment group （n =1465）.The control group was only used pulsed washing and the impulse type of positive pressure seal tube,the experimental group was used pulsed washing and the impulse type of positive pressure seal tube,combined with the application of nursing record.Then the incidence of complications and indwelling time were compared between two groups.Results There were statistically significant in the incidence of complications and indwelling time of 7 days be tween the two groups （P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05）,which in the experiment group were better them the control group.Conclusion The application of pulsed washing and the impulse type of positive pressure seal tube can reduce the incidence of phlebitis,and it can obviously reduce the complications such as phlebitis,pipe sliping,pipelineplugging,extend the indwelling time,when combined with application of nursing record.The method is easy to use and effective.
