口腔扁平苔癣的中医治疗现状及研究进展

The Progress and Status of the Treatment With Traditional Chinese Medicine for Oral Lichen Planus

扁平苔癣是一种常见的口腔黏膜病,病因复杂,治疗较多,但尚无特效药物疗法。单纯用西药治疗,不易治愈。倘若采用中西医结合法治疗此病,不仅可提高疗效,还可减轻西药的副作用。查阅国内发表的中医治疗复发性口腔溃疡的文献,总结中医治疗的方法及药物,为临床提供参考。

Oral lichen planus （OLP） a common oral mucosal disease. Its pathogeny is complex. There are many treatment methods for it , but there is no certain cure. If only use Western medicine , the disease is hard to be cured. If we combine Chinese traditional and Western medicine to treat them ,its healing effect will be increased and the side effect of Western medicine can be reduced . In this article , I have consulted the literature of the treatments for RAU at home. I reviewed the medicine and methods that are used in therapy of traditional Chinese medicine , and hope it can be helpful to future study and clinical practice.
