摘要
主要研究了α Ca3 (PO4 ) 2 -Ca4 (PO4 ) 2 O体系胶凝材料的凝结硬化及强度性质。研究表明 ,在实验条件下 ,该体系胶凝材料的凝固时间随粉料中TECP质量分数的增加而缩短。硬化体 2 4h抗压强度与TECP质量分数的关系呈凸型曲线关系。当TECP质量分数为 2 0 %时 ,抗压强度最大为 37.6MPa。此外 。
The setting and strength properties of the cement materials inα Ca 3(PO 4) 2 Ca 4(PO 4) 2O system were studied. It proved that under the experiment conditions used in our paper, when the amount of TECP in powder increased beyond 20%, the time of setting decreased remarkably. However, the relation between 24 h compressive strength of complexes and the amount of TECP in powder was in convex type curve. When the amount of TECP in powder is 20%, the compressive strength was 37.6 MPa, which was the highest. XRD and SEM were used to study the complex.
