隔药饼灸对不同年龄人群机体血细胞系列影响的比较

Comparison of the Impacts on Blood Cells Series in the Treatment with Isolated-herbal Moxibustion among the People of Different Ages

目的探讨隔药饼灸对116例不同年龄人群机体血细胞系列的影响。方法以116名基本健康人员为观察对象，其中20～44岁40名，45～60岁53名，61岁以上23名。将熟地、山药、山萸肉等为主方的药物制成药饼置于神阙、关元、足三里等穴施灸，隔日1次，共灸10次。分别在施灸前、后抽静脉血2mL，观测血细胞系列的变化并进行比较。结果隔药饼灸后，青年组红细胞系列RBC、HGB、MCV、MPV及RDW与施灸前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）；中年组白细胞系列NEUT、WBC、NEUT％升高（P〈0．01），LYM％降低（P〈0．01）；老年组白细胞系列WBC、MONO、EOS、BASO升高（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），红细胞系列RBC、MCV降低（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），MCH、MCHC升高（P〈0．01）。结论隔药饼灸对不同年龄人群机体血细胞系列调节作用的影响不同，随着年龄的增长，对WBC的改善作用也在逐步凸显。

Objective To discuss the impacts of isolated- herbal moxibustion on blood cells series in 116 people of different ages. Methods One hundred and sixteen healthy people were selected as the sub- jects ,of them,40 peoples were aged from 20 to 44 years,52 peoples from 45 to 60 years and 23 peoples over 61 years old. The herbal cake was made of Rehmannia Glutionsa, Dioscorea Opposita, Fructus Corni, etc. Iso- lated moxibustion was applied to Shenque （ GV8 ）, Guanyuan （ CV4 ） , Zusanli （ ST36 ）, etc. The treatment was given once every two days, totally 10 times of moxibustion were required. Before and after moxibustion, the in- travenous blood,2ml was collected separately. The changes in blood cells series were observed and compared. Results After moxibustion, in the youth group, the differences in RBC, HGB, MCV, MPV and RDW were significant statistically as compared with those before moxibustion（ P 〈0.01 ,P 〈0.05 ）. In the middle -age group, NEUT,WBC and NEUT% were increased（P 〈 0.01 ） , LYM% was decreased （P 〈 0.01. In the aged group, WBC, MONO, EOS and BASO were increased （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）, RBC and MCV were decreased （P〈O. OS,P〈O. O1）and MCH and MCHC were increased（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Isolated- herbal mox- ibustion affects differently the regulations on blood cells series among the peoples of different ages. The im- provements in WBC are increasing gradually with ages.
