槐榆通便合剂治疗肛肠术后便秘122例

Summary of 122 Cases of Constipation after Anorectal Surgery Treated with Huaiyu Tongbian Mixture

目的评价槐榆通便合剂治疗肛肠术后便秘的临床疗效。方法将于肛肠科住院的245例肛肠术后便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组122例、对照组123例。治疗组给予槐榆通便合剂口服,对照组给予麻仁胶囊口服。结果治疗组痊愈率88.5%,有效率100%,对照组痊愈率73.1%,有效率95.9%,两组间痊愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后患者首次排便时间比较,治疗组早于对照组(P<0.01);治疗一周内治疗组患者排便时疼痛、出血积分少于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组患者排便频度、排便时间、腹胀的改善优于对照组(P<0.01);两组粪便性状、排便困难改善比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论槐榆通便合剂对肛肠术后便秘症状改善疗效显著,并可以防治肛肠术后并发症。

Objective To assess the clinical efficacy on constipation after anorectal surgery treated with Huaiyu Tongbian Mixture. Methods Two hundred and forty - five patients of constipation after anorec- tal surgery administered in Anorectal Department of the Hospital were randomized into a treatment group（ 122 cases） and a control group（ 123 cases）. In the treatment group, Huaiyu Tongbian Mixture was prescribed for oral administration. In the control group, Maren Capsules were for oral administration. Results In the treat- ment group, the curative rate was 88.5% and the effective rate was 100%. In the control group, the curative rate was 73.1% and the effective rate was 95.9%. The difference was significant in the curative rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference was not significant in the total effective rate （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Concern- ing to the time of first defecation after treatment, it was earlier in the treatment group than that in the control group（P 〈0.01 ）. The defecation pain and bleeding score in the treatment group were less than those in the control group in one week of treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The improvements in defecation frequency, defecation time and abdominal distention in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. The stool property and defecation difficulty were not different significantly in comparison between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Huaiyu Tongbian Mixture achieves the significant improvements in the symptoms of constipation after anorectal surgery and it prevents from and treats the complications of anorectal surgery.
