促精宝胶囊治疗弱精症临床疗效观察

Observation of the Clinical Efficacy on Asthenospermia Treated with Cujingbao Capsules

目的观察促精宝胶囊对男性弱精症的治疗效果与其安全性。方法将396例弱精症患者随机分为两组,各198例。治疗组服用中药复方提取物促精宝胶囊治疗,对照组口服复方玄驹胶囊与维生素E胶囊,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组之间治疗后的效果,观察精子活力与精子密度等方面的差异;同时观察健康组服用促精宝胶囊后的有关生理指标变化情况。结果经3个月治疗,治疗组与对照组精子活力、精子密度治疗后检查结果与治疗前比较,差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组显效率、有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);安全性观察指标与观察前比较,差异无统计学意义。结论促精宝胶囊治疗男性弱精症疗效确定,未见明显毒副作用。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of Cujingbao Capsules on asthenospermia. Methods Three hundred and ninety - six cases of astenospermia were randomized into two groups, 198 ca- ses in each one. In the treatment group, Cujingbao Capsules were used,which were extracted from the com- pound Chinese compound formula. In the control group, Compound Xuanju Capsules and Vitamin E Capsule were prescribed for oral administration. The treatment was 3 months in the two groups. The effect was com- pared after treatment between the two groups. The differences in sperm activity and density, as well as the changes in the related physiological indexes in the healthy group after the administration of Cujingbao Cap- sules were observed. Results After 3 - month treatment, the differences in sperm activity and density were significant in comparison before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference was also significant in comparison between the groups after treatment（P 〈 0. O1 ）. The remarkably effective rate and the effective rate were different significantly in comparison between the treatment group and the control group（ P 〈 0. O1 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference in the safety index was not sig- nificant before and after treatment. Conclusion Cujingbao Capsules achieves the definite efficacy on asthe- nospermia and has no obvious toxic and side effect.
