各科名方与肾病治疗

Classic Formulas of Each Medical Department and Treatment of Kidney Disease

内、外、妇、儿各科各种疾病总体病机都是脏腑功能紊乱和气血阴阳失调,辨证论治是各科治疗的共同基础。外科病、妇科病及儿科病的发病机理、证候,有些也常见于肾病,是肾病病因病机的一部分。因此,引进外科、妇科、儿科的一些理念,依据"异病同治"、"有是证,用是方"的原则,选择运用外科、妇科、儿科名方,有机会施用于肾病的治疗。如大黄牡丹皮汤治疗急、慢性肾衰,仙方活命饮选用于狼疮性肾炎活动期;温经汤和桂枝茯苓丸选治慢性肾炎或肾病综合征;人参五味子汤治疗糖尿病或IgA肾病气阴两虚证等。方剂学不分科,遵循辨证论治的精神,"方对证,药对症",选择适宜治疗肾病的各科名方,拓宽了肾病治疗的思路和方法。

The general pathogenesis of each disease in the department of internal medicine, surgical medicine,gynecology and pediatrics is the dysfunction of zangfu organs and disorders of qi, blood, yin and yang. Syndrome differentiation and treatment determination are the common foundation of the treatment in each department. The occurrence mechanism and syndrome of some disease in surgical medicine, gynecology and pediatrics are all commonly seen in kidney disease, which is a part of the etiology and pathogenesis of it. Hence, some ideas in the departments of surgical medicine, gynecology and pediatrics can be adopted to treat- ment kidney disorders with the classic formulas of each department in accordance with＂ same therapies for dif- ferent diseases＂ and＂ application of the formula for the specific syndrome＂. For example, Dahuang Mudanpi Decoction is used for the treatment of acute and chronic kidney failure, Xianfang Huoming Liquid for lupus nephritis at active stage, Wenjing Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pills for chronic nephritis or nephrotic syn- drome, Renshen Wuweizi Decoction for diabetes or IgA kidney disease of qi and yin deficiency, etc. The herb- al formulas are used based on syndrome differentiation rather than department division, ＂formula for syndrome and herbal drug for symptom＂. The corresponding formulas of each department are adopted suitably for the treatment of each kidney disorder,which opens the ideas and approaches to the treatment.
