基于时域振动速度有效值的铣削稳定性研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了提高铣削的稳定性进而提高高速铣削的加工质量,以时域响应中振动速度的有效值作为振动强度的衡量指标,提出一种稳定性判定及不稳定区间颤振强度衡量方法。分别基于强迫振动模型和自激振动模型计算振动速度有效值随转速变化的规律曲线,对比分析了两种模型下的曲线差异,判定不受颤振影响的转速区间,即稳定性区间。对于不稳定切削区间,给出衡量其颤振强度的振动速度有效值差值-转速关系曲线。通过算例与传统方法计算的对比结果验证了该方法的可行性。 To improve the stability and processing quality of milling precision, the valid value of vibration velocity in timedomain was taken as the index for vibration intensity to propose a method for stability prediction and chatter in tensity measurement of unstable rotation speed intervals. Curves of relationship between vibration velocity RMS and rotation speed were calculated based on forced vibration model and selfexcited vibration model. The stable intervals were identified by analyzing the difference of these two curves. As for the unstable intervals, a RMS differencero tation speed curve was given for measurement of chatter intensity. The effectiveness of the proposed method was proved by comparing to another existing stability analysis method.
