摘要
随着经济社会以及高等教育的不断发展,高校辅导员的工作领域不断延伸,所扮演的角色越来越多。高校辅导员集教育者、管理者、服务者、协调者、研究者等角色于一体,各种角色之间产生冲突在所难免。本文从高校辅导员角色冲突的表现以及形成因素入手分析,在角色认知、角色期待以及角色规划方面提出高校辅导员面对角色冲突时的自我应对策略。
With the constant development of economics and higher education, the work areas of university counselor have been extending continuously and the roles the counselor plays become more and more. In actually work,the unive^ity counselor plays many different roles, such as, educator, administrator, server, coordinator and researcher, etc. Inevitably, there are lots of different role conflicts between the roles the university counselor plays. This paper starts from the specific performances and formative factors of role conflicts and come up with the self-coping strategies based on role cognition, role expectation and role planning.
