摘要
围绕防汛决策过程 ,本文提出了省级防汛指挥系统建设模型 .对构成该模型的四个主要部分(信息采集系统、通讯系统、计算机网络系统、决策支持系统 )的建设策略、实现内容与实现技术作了详细的叙述 .文中还对网络安全性和数据库的设计思想和依据进行了论证 。
Centred on the process of flood control decision, this paper introduces the design and construction of the four main parts (information acquisition system, communication system, network system, and DSS) of a flood control command system. The paper describes the DSS function, the network security, and the data base design in detail. The paper also explains the method of system integration and the principle of the original system.
