摘要
本文在社会网络理论的基础上,以W学院专业优化决策为例,从纵横两个维度分析了案例学院所体现的学院权力结构。通过观测垂直的校院利益关系和历时的院长代际关系,提出二级学院的公共决策行动,这既是基于当前学院内外环境进行利益考量的结果,又是院长代际变更过程中策略性地运用一些权谋使然。我国大学及二级学院今后有必要在威权体制的现代性特征中逐步减弱行政生态的异质性,强化策略管理的思想引领,以"策略三角"为各项重大决策的检验模型,促成学院管理模式更趋民主与合理。
On the basis of the social network theory, this paper analyzed the school power structure in the decision- making of W school on professional optimization transversely and longitudinally. By observing the vertical interest relations between university and school, as well as the inter-generational relations between principals, we proposed that the school's public decision-making action is not only based on the considerations of school's interest in current internal and external environment, but also decided by strategies used during principal changes. It is necessary in the future for universities and their secondary schools gradually to reduce the heterogeneity of administrative ecology in the modem features of authoritarianism, strengthen the strategic management, take "strategy triangle" as the test model for major decisions, and promote more democratic and reasonable school management model.
