基于SEM模型的大学生创业倾向影响因素研究--来自重庆的实证数据

Research on the Factors Affecting College Students' Entrepreneurial Tendencies Based on EMS Model: Empirical Data from Chongqing

本文以重庆地区三所高等院校438位大学生为样本,基于结构方程研究了影响大学生创业倾向的主要因素。研究结果表明,创业者特质是影响大学生创业倾向的最主要因素,创业态度在调节个人背景对创业倾向的影响中发挥完全中介作用,内生性的创业态度影响大学生创业倾向,外生态度不明显。家庭环境、学校环境对大学生创业影响显著,社会环境不显著。因此,应培育大学生的创业特质、营造良好的校园创业环境、提高社会环境中政策支持的针对性、引导大学生对外生创业态度的正确认识、促使创业方案转为创业实践。

This paper takes 438 students from three universities in Chongqing area as sample,study the main factors affecting college students＂ entrepreneurial tendencies based on structural equation model. The results show that entrepreneur traits are the most main factors affecting college students ＂ entrepreneurial tendencies. Entrepreneurial attitudes in regulation of personal background on the impact of entrepreneurial orientation is fully mediate, natural entrepreneurial attitude is obvious,but exogenous attitude is weak. Family and school environment are significant in the form of students entrepreneurial tendencies, but the social environment is not significant. Therefore, we should cuhivate college students＂ entrepreneurial traits, create a good campus entrepreneurial environment, improve the social environment of policy support, guide students to correctly identify the exogenous attitude, and promote entrepreneurial scheme into business practice.
