摘要
采用失重法、动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱等方法,分别研究了1mmol/L L-蛋氨酸、L-半胱氨酸、L-精氨酸、L-赖氨酸和L-丙氨酸在0.5mol/L HCl溶液中对铜的缓蚀作用。实验结果表明,5种氨基酸均为阴极型缓蚀剂,其中L-赖氨酸缓蚀效果最好,缓蚀效率可达84.77%,同时也说明L-赖氨酸结构中游离的双氨基对于铜的缓蚀具有一定作用。
The corrosion inhibition action of l mmol/L L-methionine, L-Cysteine, L-Arginine, L-Lysine, L- Alanine on copper in 0.5mol/L HC1 solution was investigated by weight loss method, potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectra. The results showed that these five amino acids are cathodic corrosion inhibitor and the best inhibition efficiency reaches 84.77% by using L-Lysine. It also showed that the two free amino groups in L-Lysine play a certain role of the corrosion inhibition for copper.
